For the Crust:

2 pre-made pie crusts (or homemade, as preferred)

Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil. Once heated, cook the chicken until no longer pink. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Prepare the Vegetables: In the same skillet, sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant and translucent.

Make the Sauce: Add butter to the skillet. Once melted, whisk in the flour to create a roux. Gradually add the chicken broth and milk, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens.
